+1 for deletion.

Though symlink-only packages, in select few cases, can be legitimate, this is 
not such a case.

In fact, it will break some builds.

Samurai had its last release, 1.20, in 2020, and does not support Ninja 1.10 
features. (And not even its Git master branch code does.)

A similar symlink-only package has already been accepted for deletion from AUR 
on September 15, 2023:
