Thank you for bringing this to my attention. In response to MarsSeed's previous request regarding picom-simpleanims-next-git, I mentioned that the mainstream FT-Labs version was unstable. However, I have switched away from Xorg since then, so I cannot say whether this package is still useful. The mainstream has potentially smoothed out any previous bugs, so I am open to your suggestion of removing this package.
