MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for freetype2-ultimate5 [2]: Unmaintained modded older version of freetype2 (last updated: 2023-04-18 for v2.13.0; last repo pkg update: 2023-09-01 for v2.13.2).
Infinality font rendering mods have been EOL'ed in 2019-2020, and are officially declared dead in 2021, with admittedly known font rendering glitches on current versions of freetype2.
