MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xfce4-panel-gtk2 [2]: Broken legacy package. Released in 2017. Arch repo carries the current, working version of xfce4-panel.
FTBFS (fails to build from source), like many other Xfce4-Gtk2 packages on AUR. Submitted in 2019, never changed. Has 2 votes but 0 comments. So it seems no one is is trying to use this off of AUR.
