My AUR account has been suspended by an abusive PM with no reason.

But this merge request should still go ahead. As both original maintainers of 
ffmpeg-compat-59 has agreed to this package merge. I have already added both of 
them as co-maintainers on the merge target, ffmpeg5.1.
