sem.z [1] filed a deletion request for wine-wl-git [2]: Wine 9.0 came out and it provided experimental wayland driver, that can be enabled https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/releases/wine-9.0#wayland-driver
I don't think that this package is needed anymore, because it's whole purpose was to add wayland driver to wine. Package source is not being updated for couple of years, because all work is happening in the wine repository.
