MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge wkhtmltopdf-static [2] into wkhtmltox-bin [3]:
Renaming disguised '-bin' package. (Asked this politely in my comment made on 2022-02-15, but maintainer just ignored it.) Upstream's release tarball name is 'wkhtmltox', which conveys that the tool supports other output formats, not just PDF. Arch package guidelines also say that it is preferable to use upstream's release archive name as pkgname. And AUR submission guidelines mandate a '-bin' suffix for foreign binary based packages in case the code is open-source.
