I agree with all statements made by submitter and by @xiota. But in addition, it is unclear what was the exact purpose of this package.
It has a patch for the Unity desktop environment, which was made EOL by Ubuntu since 5+ years ago. There was a short-lived one-person fork that tried to revive it, but that is also abandoned since 2021 and doesn't work on Arch Linux. If Unity DE was the target of this package, then it no longer serves any useful purpose and should be deleted.
