MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gapi-ocaml-git [2]: Has been broken for close to 1 year due to repo's update to ocaml v5 in May 2023.
Upstream is only sporadically maintained, and when it gets new commits, it also receives a new release tag. AUR/gapi-ocaml is actively attended and works well. I recommend to delete the git package, which is useless in its current state, and even if maintained, it wouldn't offer much advantage over the stable build.
