Submitter has disowned this package - thank you! It is incompatible with KDE Plasma 6. (Its upstream is EOL for 2 years.) Meanwhile I've also realized that this codebase is superfluous, as it just implements the same menu API's that an already existing built-in KDE Plasma element does, called Global Menu. (Which I use on my KDE desktop to show the top menu bar of applications.)
