MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for plasma-applet-commandoutput [2]: Broken. Abandoned since a year ago. Wrongly named for a KDE package, should have been prefixed with 'plasma5-', but the new version should be submitted with the 'plasma6-' prefix.
