a821 [1] filed a deletion request for manpages-es-extra [2]: The package has been flagged for two years and has been recently orphaned (PRQ#58929). There are still unresolved issues regarding conflicting man pages with extra/man-pages-es (some work is needed to remove the duplicated man pages).
Also, this package has been dropped from Debian repos [0] in 2021 and also from Ubuntu (focal 20.04 was the last version to carry it). Finally, the translations are unmaintained, outdated and inaccurate (at the very least, the few ones I checked); they have been essentially unchanged since 2004 (which you can see if you clone the upstream repo [1]). This is even acknowledged in some of the man pages themselves. All in all, I think this can be deleted.
