Request #60524 has been Accepted by Antiz [1]:

The reason provided for the deletion request itself isn't really a
valid reason to delete that package on its own.
However, no malice towards the maintainer at all, but this package is
poorly packaged and its usefulness is debatable (all it does is
shipping a simple/short bash script [1] that tests the internet
connection quality based on the response time of a ping sends to
Google's DNS 8.8.8.8). I don't think this package meets the AUR rules
of package submissions in its current state.
