MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for daty [2]: Broken, useless package. Maintainer Pellegrino Prevete (@tallero + @truocolo) has been permanently banned.
Submitted in 2023, for upstream's only git tag, a beta release from 2019. Upstream is not in the habit of creating release tags. It's enough to keep AUR/daty-git, which has been on AUR since 2018 and only that package has user comments.
