hgaiser [1] filed a deletion request for moonshine-bin [2]: This package depends on ffmpeg, which means it needs to be recompiled for every ffmpeg update. I don't want to do that, so I prefer to point users to the non-bin version of this package, which compiles against the system where it is installed.
