Antiz [1] filed a deletion request for xfce4-embed-plugin [2]: Orphaned & unmaintained since 2016, hardly depends on an outdated version of libxfce4ui [1] and on GTK2 [2] (which we are trying to get rid of [3]), no recent vote/popularity either.
Currently this package cannot be built and there's no indication that it will be able to anytime soon (see comment from Romain Bouvier/@skunnyk in [2]).
