micwoj92 [1] filed an orphan request for tvheadend [2]: Current comaintainer mentioned on 2023-05-16 "Package currently fails to build if "libavresample" is detected. Will fix tomorrow." But the fix has never been pushed. libav functionality needs to be disabled in pkgbuild in order to build it.
