MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ocaml-cairo-git [2]: Broken since at least 2022, was never packaged properly (missing the mandatory conflicts entry, and the pkgver is not strictly monotonically increasing for every commit).
But also not useful to keep. Upstream is minimally maintained, and the master branch only contains two Windows build specific commits from 2023 on top of the last stable release from 2022.
