Long broken and abandoned package.

It does not seem viable to keep a native, system based build of
upstream; only a different packaging based on Python venv.

Or one can use python-pipx to install either the stable version or the
git#development branch to a dir inside $HOME.

Upstream also offers prebuilt stable and development Flatpak releases.

Otherwise, upstream seems to have disruptive, very specific
requirements wrt. Python module dependency versions and also sometimes
requiring alternative forks that would conflict and be incompatible
with repo packages. [b]

E.g., the build requires the fork python-pygame-ce, not currently
available in Arch/AUR repos. But it also requires python-pyscroll, for
which the AUR package depends on python-pygame, not the fork python-
pygame-ce.

pygame-ce is not drop-in compatible with its original upstream python-
pygame, yet it occupies the same Python module directory namespace
'pygame'.
