MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge python-migen [2] into python- migen-git [3]:
Better to keep only AUR/python-migen-git. [a] Upstream seems to only support building from the git master branch. [b] Atm, both AUR packages are orphans, and broken on Python 3.13. But there is already a fix patch submitted as PR#298 [c], bound for the master branch. The last stable release is from 5 years ago (2019), lacks compatibility with many hardware devices, and has dozens of known bugs that are only fixed in master.
