MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bazel-bootstrap [2]: Obsolete old version from 2020 of bazel3 (first phase of the build).
Only reverse (make) dependency is AUR/bazel-git, which is also abandoned since 2020. But if anyone wants to update that PKGBUILD, they will realize that a separate bootstrap package is superfluous and even counter-productive, especially if the bootstrap build is not coming from the same source version.
