Request #67410 has been Rejected by dbermond [1]:

In my opinion, 3 weeks is not a high enough period of time to open an
orphan request. I recognize this is subjective, and there is no clear
guidance about the timing. I'm the openvino package maintainer, and I
had reasons for not updating the package: ffmpeg was failing to build
with openvino 2024.5.0 and later, and it took me time to investigate
and determine if the problem was with ffmpeg or openvino (conclusion
was the issue is in the openvino side, due to missing libraries, which
I now added to the package). Before opening an orphan request in such
a short period of time, try to gather some information, like asking in
the aur package web page if something is going, or e-mail the
maintainer, specially with complex/semi-complex packages like
openvino, as they tend to break things easily. The package is now
updated to the latest upstream version.
