vEnhance [1] filed a deletion request for geogebra-5 [2]: Redundant with extra/geogebra which has now been downgraded from GeoGebra 6. For a while I had an issue where the AUR version worked but not the extra/geogebra version, however it turned out to just be an issue with choosing the right Java version with archlinux-java.
