MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for python-debianbts [2]: Unmaintained since July 2024; owner seems MIA since then.
As @micwoj92 mentioned in comment on 2024-07-26, dependency python- pysimplesoap is not needed and should be removed. Additional context: that module is EOL, its latest main version release is from 2017. [a] The Arch package for it was dropped to AUR on 2024-05-04 and is a broken orphan ever since.
