The package is intended to provide a compatibility pathway for
projects to work with `core/python` 3.13.  Whether it works with older
python versions is inconsequential.

Older versions of python in AUR should *not* provides python because
they are *not* drop-in replacements for core/python.  Treating them as
such can break users' systems.
