The latter has existed in current AUR since 2015. Whereas this newer package was only created on 13 September 2024 because submitter @taotieren flagged AUR/kipart as OOD maybe a day or two earlier, but did not wait any further for the latter's maintainer to update that one, nor did @taotieren submit a patch for the latter PKGBUILD or offered their help in maintaining AUR/kipart.
