Dependency chain is not just unmaintained, but also broken on and
incompatible with Arch Linux (they were meant to run on the now EOL
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and Python 3.9, after all).

Upstream's support for ROS1 (Noetic) is EOL since 2020. [a]
Ongoing support only exists for ROS2 (there are corresponding AUR
packages for that).
