SmallClover [1] filed an orphan request for tabby-bin [2]: The package hasn't been updated anymore despite a new version having been released some time ago, and the maintainer isn't responding in the comments. Since there are no other ways of contacting them, I can only assume that they aren't maintaining the package anymore
