a821 [1] filed a deletion request for cursor-bin-extracted [2]: Duplicated of `cursor-bin`. The only difference is that this package extracts the image while `cursor-bin` does not. I do not think this is enough reason to have a duplicated package (and if there is an advantage on doing so, it should be addressed in `cursor-bin`).
