Yeah, sorry I as a possible helpful user didn't get to reply to your
request before it was instantly accepted by the system. Or any of the
AUR moderators, for that matter. I would have told you that you filed
the merge direction backwards, except if you also intended to orphan and
take over the target package.

I hope this gets resolved usefully.
