Have you tried airliners.net? They have a metric butt-tonne of really
nice aviation photography there, filterable by aircraft type (down to
make/model, should you be so inclined). Their photo library search
engine even has a "gliders" category specifically, to make things a bit
easier. There are certainly lots of glider pics to choose from, many in
glorious hi-rez and/or HD. It's where I get my desktop imagery from.
Perhaps you can find something useful there?
