Interesting how the Ventus 2 in 15M is the glider of choice and the ASW27/18 in
18M class. Yet the 18M Ventus 2 and 15M ASW27 aren't chosen in those classes.

They are after all nearly aerodynamically identical with just a wingtip stretch
to go to 18M. Superstition?

Mike

I counted 20 Ventus 2's (15m) & 23 G29's also.

Always a dominant glider in each class it seems, wonder what 15m & 18m primary
choices will be in Poland 2018?

I just had a look at the entries for the open class at Benalla.
23 of 35 gliders are JS1’s.
