Seems like the existing community gives a crap and finds it a bit demotivating. I don’t think that kind of behavior is defensible in a volunteer organization. Nobody’s forcing him to do the job; if he isn’t finding it rewarding, he should relinquish it and let the organization see if someone else can have a better go at it. - mark
