Subject: New PowerFLARM repair procedure

Dear FLARM Dealers,

With immediate effect, the previously communicated FLARM Service Partners (FSPs) are now operating. These will from now on conduct all tests and repairs of PowerFLARM Core devices. This means that no PowerFLARM Core devices should ever be sent to Switzerland from other countries. Please see the attached updated support and repair process, which lists the applicable FSP for your area.

PowerFLARM Portable devices should however continue to be sent to Switzerland.

Incorrectly sent devices, or devices sent without a Service Order, will be forwarded to the correct FSP or sent back to the shipper at cost.

For non-warranty repairs, the FSPs are free to set their own price. Please inquire about the price before shipping the device and issuing the Service Order. The FSPs will be the ones to decide if a repair is under warranty or not, based on instructions from FLARM Technology.

The FSPs will manage all repairs (warranty or not) independently. Do not contact FLARM Technology for inquires regarding (possible) repairs. The FSPs will be happy to help you!

With this new procedure, we hope to be able to speed up the repair times and avoid unnecessary customs procedures.
