I've made a scan of the bulletin from the factory and sent on to the GFA to address the current AD. The good thing is that the service bulletin is not serial-number specific, so can be applied to everyone. The money we paid seems to be mostly for the new, completely rewritten flight and service manuals that the service bulletin references. I would recommend paying the factory just for your own copies of those.
