Innovation - Emergency Bailout Aid "NOAH"
The World Gliding Championships in Benalla/Australia showed
how important an emergency bail-out is during a crash. Michael Eisele shares
his thoughts after this crash. Additionally we'd like to remind pilots about

the Volocopter’s new structure to initiate a serial production for our customer

LS1-f neo flight testing accomplished
Today our chief designer, Jelmer Wassenaar, has been able to
successfully accomplish the flight testing of our LS1-f neo. During the past
few weeks, 10 test flights were necessary to document all required records for

Vortex Project - Test Flights Scheduled for July 2017
Since 2014 we work on the "Actuated Vortex Generators"
-Project together with IVW Kaiserslautern. The project goes on in the
background. In July 2017 we plan to conduct test and measurements in flight

DG Modernizes Machine Outfit
We are proud to announce that DG has modernized its machine
outfit with more CNC milling machines in April.
For the manufacture of aluminium and composite parts we
received another 3-axis milling machine. Our fitter’s shop is now equipped with
a CNC lathe, which massively extends our performance in this department.

Over the past few months, DG AeroTEC has been busy developing

e-volo and DG are Strengthening their Cooperation
Until now the companies DG Group and e-Volo have permanently
stayed in touch regarding the structural design of the volocopter. During the
past months, for example, they have evaluated and analyzed numerous test
flights together. Just recently, e-Volo has once more confirmed that DG Group
will be their key partner for further developing and producing the volocopter’s
framework parts.
