Well I eat now more than I did before but still it's hard with an amazing
metabolism. But I love chicken and meats in general. Great protein and
calories. But lean meats in general are good too. A good breakfast for
example, or what I make is 3-4 slices of Stake-ums(may be called something
different where you live), 2 eggs, and a bagel. Bagels are great for
calories with sandwiches. They are the equivalent to six pieces of bread.
And the reason why I've gained 50+ pounds is through protein shakes. I have
one called Serious Mass. I do just one scoop, then milk, then peanut
butter. You need to blend it's the orbit butter is too thick to just shake
it. Tastes great, and it's around 1000 calories. It is proven to be the best
weight gainer as it has lots of other good things for you, I forget all of
it but it's the best of the best, please look it up. And after I workout
and take that one shake, at night before I sleep I do another, this is just
for the extra weight, as that 1000 or so calories just sits in my stomach
for the calories and this helps me gain weight. That all helps building
muscle. If you want to loose fat to eat right, salads all day won't really
help. And while lifting to gain muscle and to loose that fat, you want
about 3-4000 calories a day. So all day I snack on something. And lastly
apart from eating if you want to loose weight is running, I really have to
get some cardio going, but it helps a lot. Hopes this helps somewhat, and
I'm not an expert but this is what I've done and it seems to work for me.
