I bought one from abebooks.com earlier this year for approx $2 plus
postage. :-7 A canny person might note that there are currently a bunch
of copies on that site for similarly low prices.
(An even cannier one might buy them all up for a coupla dollar a pop and
resell them for $60 a pop, but I'm a sharing caring sort of person, so
I'm passing the info on in case others might find it useful...)
