I have a couple of them including the one with the Libelle mods.

Nice wing root fairings on the flaps which move with the flap.

The cockpit vent inlet/exit has been superseded and the wing leading edge mod is only relevant to the Hutter section used on the 301.

He does say the main gain was putting a 100 pounds of water in it. I suspect more water is a major part of any glider performance gains in the last nearly 40 years.
