It is not only that the depictions on charts is an issue but the ERSA entry for the aerodrome/ALA would be withdrawn due to non-compliance with CASR Part 175.

If your aerodrome/ALA is listed in this document, I would get on with seeing that for your aerodrome/ALA a person is appointed to the role required under Part 175. I wouldn't let the 90 days slide by.  They are trying to tidy up a messy situation and they seek help.  Within this 90 days I think they will be cooperative. After that ... well .....

I found obtaining recognition two years ago as the data originator under Part 175 on behalf of the Bacchus Marsh Aerodrome (an ALA) straight forward - not a drama in any way.

Once they’re removed from Air Services’ database, they’ll no longer be depicted on charts.

If you know who the contact person or organization is for any of these, maybe draw their attention to this AIP/SUP and get them to get in touch with Air Services.
