This is a copy of the relevant Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR). Which in
essence is what is required to pass an aviation medical, and sets the
standards for a charter flight.
> The Section 6.2 you refer to is from the Operational Regulations, not the
MOSP.
Nevertheless, Sections 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 and medical declaration (Appendix I,
which covers non-charter flights) makes no reference to the relevant CAR!
And only a legally qualified medical practitioner is required, not a
Designated Aviation Medical Officer (DAME).
The only reference to the CAR regarding medical fitness is for a charter
flight.
