Hi everyone, AUGC is holding its annual strategic planning night in a couple of weeks time. This process was started around 12 months ago with the drafting of the clubs strategic plan. It is now time to review and improve it. A brief perusal of the web pages shows that DDSC recently held a similar process recently. Does anyone have any good advice or information on building strategic plans to be applied to gliding clubs?
