With all due respect, AG /is/ the "official" organ of the GFA. So
while I agree that it'd be nice if they'd use alternative methods
/as well/ as placing a notification in AG, to my way of thinking
the AG notification is all they should be expected to do (and it's
their option if they want to exceed that expectation by sending email,
notifying clubs, etc).

Surely they've met their responsibilities by providing the official,
authorative notification in AG?

I'm not trying to pot-stir here; it just seems that GFA people are
getting a kick in the arse even though they've exercised their
responsibilities to the extent that it is required. Having been in
that situation before myself, I can assure you that it isn't a pleasant
experience.

Saying that you'd like it *if* they'd do more than they're required to
is one thing; Getting frustrated because they don't is something
completely different.

Simon doesn't need to; Those stats are available to the webmaster
already as a standard part of the web hosting service.
