This is to leak some of the 'best
kept secret' Qld State comp results.
There are approx. 30 craft
contesting the comp. There is a good range of pilots from club level to
International level and includes one Japanese and 4 Kiwi pilots. Open
& 18M classes have been amalgamated as there are only 2 Open class
entries. Standard Class has a strong field & the greatest
number of entries.

Open Class....... John Buchanan has
won 2 days with Tony Tabart winning today.
18M Class......... Tony Tabart
has won 3 days with Bob Ward 2nd each day.
Racing Class..... Bruce Taylor
won 2 days [in Graham Parker's ASW 27] with Graham Parker winning
today.
Std Class......... Mac
Ichikawa won day 1, came 2nd day 2 & 3rd day 3. Grae Harrison won days 2
& 3, came 4th day 1.
Tom
Claffey came 3rd day 1, ? on day 2 & 2nd on day 3.
