To reply to both Heath and Ian, While these dual-organisation pilots pay for two magazines, there is more in the kitty to produce it. Thus there is NO incentive for either operation to allow its members to opt out. If the full integration of HGFA and GFA had occurred, this problem wouldn't have arisen.
