Advice requested:
I notice that the GFA is not listed as being
represented on any of the Projects and Project Teams that have contributed to
the Discussion Papers for the revision of CASR Part 91.
Although CASR Part 91 contains rules of a general nature that will apply to the operation of all aircraft, private and air transport, regardless of size and complexity, except those that will be addressed or amplified under other CASRs such as CASR Part 103 - Recreational and Sport Aviation Operations it seems to me that this Regulatory Framework Program for CASR Part 91 is nevertheless likely to impact on gliding ops and as the AUF, AAA, SAA, APF, HGF, ABF were all represented can someone fill me in on what the GFA's input has been and will be?
