Today tv had the NSW Premier talking head about changing tort law to reintroduce the concept of personal responsibility. SA draft laws are also heading this way. Meanwhile the question that arises from every AEF enquiry - are they hoping something will go wrong to open a litigation opportunity. For every ab-initio enquiry - are they hoping to 'fly' without having to care about outcomes, because the club can be held responsible? Similar themes apply to the preference in some clubs for motorgliders and ultralights. It makes flight easier. Whereas traditional glider pilots look to the challenge of sustaining flight. (Today I had a good scratch in an unresponsive sluggish glider in weak winter conditions, and just loved being able to keep the ground from hitting me for just a little while.) -- Emilis Prelgauskas B.ARCH ARAIA [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- * You are subscribed to the aus-soaring mailing list. * To Unsubscribe: send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] * with "unsubscribe aus-soaring" in the body of the message * or with "help" in the body of the message for more information.
