Michael,
If you follow the links you give, you will find that Murray Valley is a "Club" started by a commercial operation which happens to use Corowa airfield. It commenced in 2001 according to its website.
The original club at Corowa is Albury Corowa Gliding Club which was formed a few years ago by the merging of Albury GC and Corowa GC.

Can anyone tell me why there are two gliding clubs at Corowa airfield? Did one grow out from the other? Was there a split (amicable or otherwise)? Are they catering to different clients? How does each club feel about the other?
Does anyone on this list have first hand experience of either club with regards to operations and the pros and cons of membership at either?
