but here are the highlights...
The entry fee has been held at $100 - with a $50 rebate being provided
for Juniors.
Launches are $33 - we tried to hold them to $30 but the increase in tug
ferry costs (Chinchilla is a further 100km past McCaffrey field) and
fuel costs forced us to raise them.
Practice day is Friday 9 April, with the competition starting on
Saturday 10 April and the last competition day being Sat 17 April.
Camping on-site is of course available (powered sites are limited - BOOK
EARLY!) and there are of course showers/toilets. Powered sites cost
$6/night per person and unpowered sites costs $4.50/night per person -
with children under 15 free.
Chinchilla Aero Club is providing their normal excellent meals - with
breakfast (continental or a self cooked "full monty"), lunch
(sandwiches/rolls and soft drinks) and their delicious dutch oven baked
dinners.
Oh - and just in case anyone wants a beer or some such, there will also
be a bar.

The presentation dinner will be on Saturday 17 April at the Chinchilla
RSL, costing $22/head.
Start points and way points will be on the site as soon as we can
finalise these (hopefully about a week).
An evening program is being organised for several nights, with short,
informative lectures by experts (if you are an expert in something and
are willing to give a talk, please contact us).
There will also be a trivia night one evening - the LUST team (see the
Gulgong photos if you don't know about LUST) are organising this as a
fundraiser to help support Australian entries in the Women's Worlds.
Finally - the Juniors are holding a competition as part of the Easter
Competition.
