Yep. In the first half, for Nirgal it precedes his stint in ecopoesis (which is close enough to my own life to strike a chord) before the planet wipes his farm out; in the latter half for his niece Zoe Boone before the planet wipes her out. Stuff like that happens when you terraform. I like that the technologies he predicted then (compost tanks, renewables) are already being used in my work. There is even a Rickover to keep David Conway happy. To get an even closer parallel to my life, there is Kevin in 'Pacific Edge': "As they cut curves in the air Kevin saw buildings he had worked on at one time or another... Ramona laughed:'It must be nice to see your whole resume like this' 'Yeah', he said, suddenly embarrassed." -- Emilis Prelgauskas B.ARCH ARAIA [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Aus-soaring mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.internode.on.net/mailman/listinfo/aus-soaring
